About me

I'm Molly, senior therapist and owner of Nine Oaks Therapy. I am a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist, with over nine years of experience helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges.

I worked in the NHS within my local IAPT service for five years, where I developed my skills in evidence-based therapies, supporting clients with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have since moved on from the NHS to focus on my private practice and now work part-time at Psych Health, where I continue to expand my experience in different therapeutic settings.

I take an individualised and integrative approach, ensuring therapy is tailored to your unique needs. I believe in taking our time during the assessment and formulation stages to gain a deep understanding of your experiences before collaboratively developing a treatment plan.

My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your therapy journey, I’d love to support you.
